My career in property started back in 2003 when a started working for one of the UK’s largest house builders Barratt Homes. I started off as any sales negotiator does, selling the new build stock out of a sales office on site.
After a few years I moved on to managing their in house estate agency, Barratt Oakleaf. Selling all the second hand stock they had either bought in part exchange or had offered the agency selling service to.
I believe it was the experience of selling new build properties that has led to me being very customer focused and offering the best service possible compared to other estate agents.
